Our curriculum is specially tailored for 3 main phases:

  • Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) - Nursery and Reception
  • Key Stage 1 (KS1) - Year One and Year Two
  • Key Stage 2 (SK2) -  Divided into upper and lower (Year 3 to Year 6)

We also have a specially shaped curriculum for our Resource Base pupils, adapted from the EYFS and National Curriculum to provide for the academic and personal development of all our pupils in a holistic manner. 

It is important to us that every child at Long Cross feels challenged and confident about what they are learning with us. We want our young people to reach Year 6 feeling fully equipped and ready to take on the next stage of their educational development, having reached their potential in their time with us.

Extra Curricular Activities

At Oasis Long Cross we have lots of opportunities to take up  after school clubs these include everything from Street Dance to Chess to Drama. We are also entering local sporting competitions with some success.
